Product Returns
Unused, unopened products may be returned for a full refund up to 30 days after purchase.
30-day Warranty
Hardware products purchased from Pants for Birds LLC are warrantied against shipping damage and manufacturing defects up to 30 days from the date of purchase. This warranty covers shipping and hardware replacement costs to the extent required to remedy the defective product.
That said, please feel free to reach out for support even if the 30 day warranty period has elapsed. We’ll do our best to make things right!
